Helpful staff, especially Francois at ski room, who recommended professional equipment. a pleasant experience with delicious dinner selection and included restaurants. The hotel was conveniently located right next to the ski slopes, making it extremely easy to get on the mountain quickly. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure that my ski boots were comfortable and that I had everything I needed. The partnership with the other Les Etincelles restaurants in the area doesn't quite live up to the standards set by the hotel, both in terms of cuisine and service.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the ski slopes and with stunning mountain views from the room. the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the daily special menu in the restaurant which offered delicious food and the spa area was an extra bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.

The selection of restaurants nearby wasn't great and we were left disappointed with the quality of food in some places. the hot water temperature in the shower wasn't optimal and it wasn't the most pleasant experience showering after a long day on the slopes.
